Notes for the Babysitter {Printable}

TGIF. You know what that means -- no work, all play for two whole days! For newlyweds like the Mr. and I, we can just drop everything and go out and have a great time. If your nights out require a bit more planning and the help of a sitter, consider making things a lot easier for everyone by putting all of the necessary info in one handy-dandy place: my free "Notes for the Babysitter" printable!

You can download this full-size printable here! Feel free to print it out on one 8.5"x11" page or as a photo with two 5x7s on one sheet.

I have been babysitting for over a decade including two years of being a pre-school teacher and three as a nanny. With that kind of background, I'm just wired to write down notes of what the kids and I did, what they ate, their bathroom habits, etc. I have always appreciated the parents that take the same kind of effort to let me know exactly what their expectations are and to ensure that I feel prepared while they are away.  Using my Notes for the Babysitter template, you can give your sitter all of the info they need without a dozen "oh and don't forget..." moments/texts/calls.

Sample information:

Update: download the new NOTES FROM THE BABYSITTER PRINTABLE!

    Hey - I noticed you have Collegeville on the address...is that the Collegeville in PA? I live in the lower Lehigh Valley, worked in Hatfield, and go to church in Skippack :) Love to know of other local bloggers!!!

    1. No way! You are so incredibly close. I was in Quakertown and Zionsville this past weekend and used to practically live in Skippack... Such a small world. I just spent the last thirty minutes exploring your blog and have already become your newest follower :) It's so neat to find someone who is right in my very own backyard. Thanks for stopping by!

    2. Too funny! While I LOVE this post, I live in the Lehigh Valley too! What a small world! I used to live in Blue Bell off of Skippack Pike and then in Delaware County until my husband & I moved back to where I grew up. Now I live near the ABE Airport.

    7. Wow! My grandparents lived the last 40 years of their lives in Schwenksville (aka the smallest town ever that no one has ever heard of, haha) and I lived there from 2nd-8th grade until I moved to Collegeville. I love how far flung this printable has gotten!

  8. Love love love it - I always run around scribbling on post-it notes with last-minute stuff before we leave. This will be a life saver! Any way I can get it in a format that I can type on it?

    1. I know what you mean because that's usually what happens when I'm sitting for someone... or I get multiple text messages about something that they forgot to tell me.

      I typed on the sample one in Power Point. Just insert the picture then use text boxes to type where you want it to go. If you don't have Power Point, you can open the picture in Paint and use the text tool to type where you want the words to go. I hope that helps!!
